Job description
The Staff Development Coordinator plays a key role in delivering clinical education, training, and skill competency assessments, along with executing quality assurance evaluations. In addition, this position aids in the hiring of new staff and actively promotes programs aimed at recognizing and retaining employees. Applicants should be graduates of an accredited nursing program and possess or be qualified for an Indiana RN license.
