They are also responsible for mentoring team leads, defining technical hiring standards, and supporting presales activities. Candidates must have 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Strong expertise in AWS cloud-native systems, AI coding tools, and consulting-based solution architecture is required.
