Job Summary
The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical roadmap focused on sensing end-of-arm tooling and physical interfaces. This role will involve conducting design reviews and managing the hardware development process. The incumbent will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to align product objectives with effective, manufacturable hardware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the technical roadmap for sensing end-of-arm tooling.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure the quality and functionality of hardware projects.
- Oversee the hardware development process from concept through to final deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product goals into concrete hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of industrial hardware development.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks for design and modeling purposes.
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading hardware products from initial concept to market launch.
