The staff nurse coordinates and delivers nursing care to acutely ill patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. They also collaborate with the healthcare team and patients’ families to ensure effective outcomes and maintain professional nursing standards. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, along with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
