**Job Title: Staff Nurse**
The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering patient care under the guidance of the Nurse Manager. This role includes responsibilities such as evaluating patient conditions, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans. Additionally, the Staff Nurse will oversee the continuity of care and carry out nursing interventions that promote a secure environment for both patients and staff. Applicants must have a nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, Baccalaureate, or Master’s) and be licensed to practice nursing in Iowa. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, and previous experience in psychiatric nursing is strongly preferred.
