Develop innovative reinforcement learning solutions and post-training techniques to enhance the capabilities of Gemini models. Maintain and scale core RL libraries and frameworks while collaborating across teams to apply models to critical product areas. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of software development experience with a strong background in reinforcement learning and machine learning. Preferred candidates hold a master’s or PhD and possess experience in technical leadership and complex cross-functional environments.
