Job description
The Registered Nurse is tasked with the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a designated patient population within an inpatient setting. They show proficiency in providing care predominantly to adult patients, adhering to the standards set by the American Nurses Association (ANA). Applicants must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin or possess a Multi-state Nursing License, and hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A degree from an accredited Nursing School is mandatory, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing being preferred.
