**Job Title: Staff RN**
The Staff RN delivers expert nursing care as a key member of the healthcare team, employing the nursing process to create and execute personalized care plans for patients. This role involves tracking patient progress, maintaining precise documentation, and working in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible clinical results. Applicants are required to have a valid Registered Nurse license in California and possess Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. Additionally, candidates should have at least six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute setting within the past three years, as well as a strong understanding of basic arrhythmias.
