Job description
**Job Title: Senior Flow Cytometry Project Leader**
Take charge of intricate scientific initiatives focused on developing flow cytometry reagents, guiding projects from initial concept to execution. Provide mentorship to technical team members while collaborating with interdisciplinary groups to convert scientific findings into production-ready products. A PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely aligned discipline is required. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral or industry research and development experience.
