**Staffing Specialist**
The Staffing Specialist is responsible for overseeing daily scheduling and staffing requirements by aligning caregivers with clients according to their availability, skill set, and compatibility. This role involves managing adjustments to schedules, addressing coverage shortages, and ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and colleagues. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in scheduling or staffing, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented context. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
