Job Summary
The Staffing Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting the Territory Manager by overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and placement of associates, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the branch. This position is vital for achieving sales targets and fulfilling job orders, all while ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction for both customers and associates.
Responsibilities
- Support the Territory Manager in branch management and operations.
- Facilitate the recruitment process to find and onboard qualified associates.
- Manage the placement of associates in suitable positions.
- Generate sales to meet branch objectives.
- Fill job orders efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure customer and associate satisfaction remains high.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related area.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
