**Job Title: Lead Barista**
The Lead Barista is responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards by delivering quick, top-quality coffee preparation and outstanding customer service. This role involves overseeing the operational conditions of the department while embodying the company’s core values of integrity, diversity, and safety. Applicants should be certified baristas with solid communication abilities and a willingness to work weekends and holidays. Experience in food handling and supervisory experience are preferred qualifications.
