Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development and execution of the station’s operating plan.
- Lead initiatives aimed at increasing digital revenue and ensuring optimal operational performance.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and productivity.
- Oversee the management of profit and loss to ensure financial targets are met.
- Drive business growth through the integration of digital and linear sales strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in the fields of TV advertising sales and operations.
- A demonstrated history of success in generating digital revenue growth.
- Proficient in data analytics and budgeting to guide decision-making processes.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
