The Sterile Processing Technician plays a crucial role in the decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of medical instruments. This position is essential for ensuring patient safety through the upkeep of equipment, oversight of sterilization procedures, and management of inventory in compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and must either hold a CRCST or CSPDT certification or be prepared to obtain one within three months of hiring.
