Job Summary
The Sterile Processing Technician — OR Support & Compliance position in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, involves the crucial task of processing and distributing medical and surgical supplies within a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsibilities
- Process and distribute surgical and medical supplies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Maintain an organized inventory of sterile supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to support operational workflows.
Qualifications
- 0.5 to 1 year of experience in central services or a related operating room environment.
- Certification as a Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) is preferred.
- Must acquire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
