**Store Manager**
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily store operations, boosting sales, and nurturing a constructive, high-achieving work environment. Key responsibilities include team development, management of labor budgets, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service through a proactive presence on the sales floor. Ideal candidates will have 5-10+ years of leadership experience, particularly in a retail setting, and demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking abilities. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, along with the capability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs and handling store equipment.
