**Job Title: Director of Nursing**
The Director of Nursing is responsible for maintaining the clinical standards of regional hospice services, encompassing care planning, quality enhancement, and operational management. This role includes offering specialized support to interdisciplinary teams while overseeing the recruitment, supervision, and development of clinical personnel. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of five years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or critical care environments. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and C.H.P.N. certification are highly desirable.
