This position entails negotiating contracts for purchases, fostering relationships with various stakeholders, and conducting financial assessments of development prospects. Applicants should possess four to six years of relevant experience along with a professional certification or comparable educational background. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, as are excellent communication skills to manage potential leads and effectively negotiate with landowners.
