Job description
The Store Manager plays a key role in enhancing sales results, managing daily store functions, and guaranteeing that the team provides outstanding customer service. This individual will also guide and nurture team members to achieve production targets while upholding exceptional operational standards. Applicants should possess a background in leading and mentoring sales teams, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A 2- or 4-year college degree is necessary, and having a Property and Casualty insurance license is a plus.
