Job description
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in directing a team of sales professionals to enhance business development and achieve production targets. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high operational standards, mentoring team members, and resolving customer service challenges with a professional demeanor. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, coupled with exceptional communication and relationship management abilities. A college degree (either 2-year or 4-year) is necessary, and having a Property and Casualty license along with bilingual capabilities is considered an advantage.
