**Area Sales Manager**
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for guiding a top-performing sales team to implement effective growth strategies and meet sales objectives in the Rocky Mountain region. This role includes overseeing commercial operations, crafting market strategies, and building solid relationships with customers and distributors. The ideal candidate should have around 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management, ideally in the electrical sector. Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in strategic planning and analysis, as well as the capability to influence in a complex, matrixed organization.
