Job description
The Store Manager plays a key role in enhancing sales performance, managing team dynamics, and upholding exemplary operational standards. This position involves mentoring employees, fostering customer connections, and addressing service-related challenges to achieve production objectives. Applicants should have prior experience in leading sales teams and demonstrate effective communication and troubleshooting abilities. A degree from a 2- or 4-year college is mandatory, and having a Property and Casualty license is advantageous.
