**Job Title: Virtual Member Success Advisor**
The Virtual Member Success Advisor will facilitate online consultations to inform clients about their insurance benefits and assist them throughout the enrollment journey. This role involves nurturing lasting relationships, delivering continuous customer support, and keeping precise digital records. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, legally permitted to work in the United States, and equipped with a computer that has a webcam and reliable high-speed internet connection. Candidates are also expected to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance license if they do not already hold one.
