The Stroke Program Coordinator will be tasked with creating and executing educational initiatives related to stroke care and establishing clinical practice standards aimed at enhancing the quality of patient care. This role also involves overseeing financial objectives for the unit and applying data-informed strategies to boost operational efficiency. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a current Registered Nurse license in Virginia. A minimum of two years of experience in acute care, with at least one year focusing on quality performance improvement, is necessary.
