Job Summary
The Structural Engineer role is vital to our organization’s success. This position involves applying engineering principles to design and ensure the integrity and durability of structures.
Responsibilities
- Utilize engineering methodologies to create effective structural designs.
- Assess project requirements and develop detailed engineering plans.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in structural projects.
- Participate in the hiring process and support team development and training.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Possession of a Structural Engineer (SE) license or Professional Engineer (PE) designation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
