Job Summary
The Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) position plays a vital role in the design and evaluation of structural systems. Located in Lansing, Michigan, this onsite opportunity involves significant responsibilities in ensuring the integrity and functionality of engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structural analysis and design of civil engineering projects.
- Evaluate existing structures for safety and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with project teams throughout the design and implementation processes.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Provide mentorship throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Must possess a Structural Engineer (SE) license or a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in engineering contexts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
