Job Summary
The Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) position plays a vital role in the design and analysis of structural systems. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and is essential in ensuring the integrity and safety of structures.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the design and analysis of various structural components.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the hiring process for new engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Possession of a Structural Engineer (SE) license or a Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential.
- Experience in structural design and analysis is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both colleagues and clients.
