Job Summary
The position of Structural/Mechanical Engineer is located in Herndon, Virginia, requiring an onsite work arrangement. The role is primarily focused on contributing to Intelligence Systems through a blend of structural and mechanical engineering expertise.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the design and assessment of structural and mechanical systems within intelligence projects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure engineering solutions meet project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct analyses and simulations to validate engineering designs.
- Generate reports and documentation related to engineering processes and findings.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field in Science or Engineering.
- Proficiency in structural, civil, or mechanical engineering fundamentals with practical experience demonstrated in relevant projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate technical information clearly.
