Job description
**Structural Steel Fabrication Manager**
The Structural Steel Fabrication Manager will oversee daily production activities at two facilities, focusing on safety, quality assurance, scheduling, and equipment upkeep. This position involves supervising a team of around 65 individuals, including supervisory staff, while promoting ongoing improvement and employee development. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and at least 5 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production setting. Expertise in AISC and AWS standards, particularly AWS D1.1, is essential, with a preference for candidates holding CWI certification.
