Job description
The counselor will oversee a caseload, facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, and create personalized treatment plans for patients. Additionally, they will coordinate with community service providers and ensure that clinical documentation is precise and adheres to regulatory standards. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and possess a valid CADC I or CADC II license or higher. This position necessitates the capability to operate in an outpatient clinical environment while addressing the varied needs of clients.
