Job description
**Substance Use Disorder Professional**
The Substance Use Disorder Professional is responsible for delivering assessment, counseling, and case management services to patients and facilitating care coordination within the Treatment in Motion program. This position includes performing outreach within the community and fostering professional relationships to assist individuals pursuing medication-assisted treatment. Applicants must possess a Department of Health license for Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDP) and have educational qualifications in social services or addiction treatment. Additionally, experience working with homeless or economically disadvantaged populations, along with a strong commitment to racial and social equity, is essential.
