Job Summary
The SUE Technician plays a crucial role in conducting field operations related to utility designation, documentation, and records research. This position involves utilizing specialized locating apparatus and providing essential support for numerous municipal and public utility initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform utility designation and research in the field.
- Create and maintain detailed field documentation.
- Operate specialized locating equipment for identifying utilities.
- Support municipal and public utility projects as required.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of utility designation.
- Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
- Preferred proficiency with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and electromagnetic locating tools.
- Satisfactory driving record is required.
