Job description
The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field activities for intricate cast-in-place segmental bridge projects, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and project timelines. Responsibilities include managing construction processes, collaborating with engineering teams, and supervising technical tasks such as post-tensioning and geometry management. Applicants should possess at least 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a particular focus on segmental bridge construction. This role demands robust leadership abilities, proficiency in reading complex technical drawings, and an active role in directing field personnel.
