Job description
The Superintendent is responsible for guiding the HRIS and benefits team, focusing on maintaining data accuracy, ensuring compliance, and advancing HR technologies. This role involves collaboration with business leaders to align with strategic objectives, facilitate workforce planning, and execute HR initiatives aimed at enhancing performance. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline, along with considerable experience in senior HR leadership positions. A strong background in HRIS, data analysis, benefits management, and overseeing remote operations in the mining or industrial industry is crucial.
