The PACE Operations Supervisor assists in organizing, coordinating, and directing program activities to support the management of elderly participants. This role focuses on ensuring quality service, utilization management, and positive financial outcomes while upholding organizational core values. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a health-related field, along with at least two years of operations experience including staff supervision and budgeting. Additionally, the role requires at least one year of experience working with the elderly and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
