**Supervisor**
The Supervisor is in charge of overseeing the Samples Department team, ensuring that production aligns with quality benchmarks and deadlines. This role involves interpreting job specifications, addressing production challenges, and collaborating with other departments to guarantee on-time delivery. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with 3 to 5 years of experience in printing, mailing, or manufacturing settings. Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership position is essential, as is the capability to assess finished products for quality inconsistencies.
