Job description
**Job Title: Supervisor, Utilization Management**
The Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily activities of the DSNP utilization management team, which includes providing direct coaching, oversight, and assessing employee performance. This role ensures that clinical reviews are conducted accurately, staff productivity is monitored, and workflows are established to achieve both regulatory and organizational objectives. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in a managed care environment. A strong background in utilization management, along with skills in InterQual and Microsoft Office, is essential.
