Job Summary
The role of the Supervisory Biologist/Toxicologist/Chemical Engineer/Physical Scientist/Chemist entails overseeing a team focused on crucial scientific initiatives. This position demands a strong educational background in biological sciences, chemistry, or related fields, complemented by relevant experience to guide and enhance team performance effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects within the scientific team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate collaboration among team members from diverse disciplines to drive research and development efforts.
- Evaluate and review scientific data and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor and support junior staff to aid in their professional development in scientific methodologies and practices.

Qualifications
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher in biology, chemistry, or a closely related field.
