Job Summary

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Level II) at Thermo Fisher Scientific plays a pivotal role in overseeing clinical trials and contributing to advancements in cancer research. This position requires a focus on risk-based monitoring of investigator sites, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monitoring visits at clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols.
  • Evaluate site performance and implement necessary corrective actions to guarantee high-quality data collection.
  • Facilitate communication between sites and the project team to address any issues promptly.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documentation related to the trials conducted at the site.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel regarding study requirements and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Registered Nursing certification or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • A solid academic background in a relevant field, coupled with professional experience in clinical research.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
