Job Summary
The Supplier Industrialization Engineer plays a vital role in overseeing the development and qualification of key components from suppliers, ensuring that high-quality parts are delivered consistently and punctually. This position involves evaluating supplier capabilities, spearheading new product introductions, and validating manufacturing processes to facilitate swift production scaling.
Responsibilities
- Manage critical component development and qualification efforts with suppliers.
- Assess and enhance supplier capabilities to ensure quality standards.
- Lead initiatives for new product introductions to optimize production processes.
- Validate manufacturing processes to enable rapid scaling of production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or supplier quality engineering.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and product technologies.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
