The Perioperative RN is tasked with organizing and overseeing the care of patients undergoing surgical and invasive interventions. This role involves supervising the surgical team and delivering care utilizing the nursing process and appropriate instrumentation. Candidates should hold a degree from an NLN accredited nursing program, possess a current RN license in Louisiana, and have a minimum of one year of experience in surgery. Additionally, BLS and ALS certifications are mandatory, and candidates must be available for on-call responsibilities.
