Employment Specialist

The Employment Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to create personalized employment strategies and deliver job readiness training to participants. This role involves finding suitable job placements, performing worksite evaluations, and tracking participant development through continuous coaching and reporting. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience assisting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. A bachelor’s degree is desirable, and applicants must hold a valid California driver’s license in good standing.
