**Surgical Coordinator**
The Surgical Coordinator oversees the scheduling of surgical procedures and guides patients through pre-operative protocols and instructions. This role also includes managing clinical testing and insurance paperwork, while offering administrative assistance to physicians to facilitate a positive experience for patients. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and customer service abilities in addition to a compassionate, patient-centered demeanor. Familiarity with ophthalmology or ocular pharmacology is advantageous, though not mandatory.
