Job Summary
The Portfolio Analyst will oversee various loan administration responsibilities within the Homebuilder CRE team, focusing on ensuring precise operations and compliance with banking regulations. This role entails vital functions such as reconciling borrowing bases, processing construction draws, and monitoring covenants.
Responsibilities
- Manage borrowing base reconciliations to ensure accurate assessment of available loan amounts.
- Administer construction draw processes to facilitate timely funding for projects.
- Monitor covenants to ensure compliance with loan agreements.
- Ensure adherence to bank policies across all loan administration activities.
- Coordinate and schedule third-party inspections as necessary.
- Maintain and produce accurate departmental reports to reflect current portfolio status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in loan administration.
- Ability to interpret financial statements effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing financial data and reports.
- Advanced proficiency in office software to enhance reporting and analysis functions.
