Job Summary
The Surgical Support Team Lead will spearhead the surgical support operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and efficient team functionality. This role encompasses overseeing surgical workflows, fostering a collaborative environment among surgical staff, and enhancing communication between departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities of the surgical support team to ensure optimal performance.

- Facilitate effective communication among surgical teams, surgeons, and other departments.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a surgical or clinical support role with leadership responsibilities.
