**Job Title: Surgical Technician**
The Surgical Technician plays a critical role in supporting surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures. Responsibilities include preparing the operating room, managing sterile instruments, and confirming that all equipment is in proper working order. Additionally, the technician delivers direct patient care, which encompasses positioning, draping, and monitoring patients during the surgery. Applicants are required to have a High School diploma or GED, along with a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preference will be given to candidates with two years of experience in a hospital’s main operating room.
