Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist (Certified or Non-Certified) plays a vital role in providing comprehensive care before, during, and after surgical procedures. This position is located in Mitchell, South Dakota, and requires an onsite work arrangement. The Surgical Technologist is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of surgical operations are executed with precision and care, enhancing the overall quality of patient services.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Surgery Leader and Surgeons within surgical suites.
- Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Provide quality professional care to patients and their families throughout the surgical process.
- Follow all safety and precautionary measures relevant to surgical procedures.
Qualifications
- Completion of an Accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to comply with safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively within a surgical team.
