Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a sterile field during surgical procedures.

- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Participate in the preparation and organization of surgical supplies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and perform duties that meet healthcare standards.
Qualifications
- Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTA) or the ability to obtain it.
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and infection control practices is necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical endurance and manual dexterity to perform job requirements effectively.
