Job Summary
We are looking for meticulous Surgical Technologists to become a part of our dedicated Operating Room (OR) team in Glens Falls, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the sterile environment necessary for surgical procedures and providing support to the surgical staff and patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining a sterile operating area.
- Support surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
- Facilitate patient positioning and comfort during operations.
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are accounted for before and after surgeries.
- Coordinate with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow in the OR.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist from an accredited program.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols effectively.
- Proficient in maintaining sterile techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with surgical teams.
- Ability to assist in patient care and comfort during surgical procedures.
