Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist OR plays a crucial role in the operating room, assisting healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care during surgical procedures. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and requires on-site presence. The Surgical Technologist will engage with patient care providers and patients to ensure a smooth operative process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to provide high-quality care.
- Label and assess patient needs prior to and during surgeries.
- Manage instruments and equipment used in surgical operations.
- Support the patient care providers in ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program or Operating Room Technician program.
- Previous experience in a surgical setting is preferred.
- Eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
