Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Gather and organize necessary surgical supplies and instruments, anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a smooth workflow during surgeries.
- Assist with patient positioning and monitoring during operations to uphold safety and comfort standards.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist is required.
- Previous experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
